Our more than 32 years of experience has taught us to pay close attention to safety hazards as well as building defects, big or small. Some of our findings will require addressing immediately, but everything will be detailed in the report. Of course, we don’t stop there. If you feel there are certain concerns on which we need to focus, you can always let us know and we will inspect properly

It all begins with booking an appointment with us. After we have understood your needs, we will contact the estate agent on your behalf and set an appointment for the inspection. You will be notified every step of the way.
The next step is the inspection. Our lead inspector, will conduct a detailed property inspection. After the building inspection, you will receive a detailed photographic report the same day.
The report will contain thorough findings, as well as our recommendation for further measures, as necessary.
